Who we are

#TeamCNF is the agency arm of Ceylon News Factory, at 118, 15 Kandawatte Rd, Nugegoda 11222, Sri Lanka. This notice covers this website, teamcnf.com.

What the form collects

There is one form on this website, Free consultation, on Home, Total Media Solutions and Contact. It asks for your name, company, work email and phone number. If you choose, it also takes the services you need help with and a note about your project.

Along with your answers, the form records the page you sent it from, the date and time, your IP address, and the type of browser and device you used.

The company profile on the Contact page is a plain download. It doesn’t ask for any details.

Where your details go

When you press send, your answers are saved in this website’s database, on the server that hosts teamcnf.com, and an email with them goes to the #TeamCNF team’s inbox.

The form runs on this website itself (it’s built with Fluent Forms, a WordPress plugin), so your answers aren’t passed to a separate form service.

How we use them

We use what you send to reply to you, for example to get in touch and book your free consultation.

Cookies and tracking

This website doesn’t set cookies and doesn’t use analytics, advertising or other tracking tools. Fonts, photos and videos all load from this website itself, so browsing it doesn’t contact other companies’ servers.

If you switch between dark and light mode, your browser remembers the choice in its local storage, under the name teamcnf-theme. It stays on your device, isn’t sent to us, and you can clear it in your browser’s settings.

Email, phone and WhatsApp

If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, or email a CV for an internship, we receive what you send through that channel.
